We love welcoming new people into our loving community. If you need help, have questions about New Life, or just want to talk to someone, we have a friendly team of welcomers each Sunday who love what they do. 

C o m m u n i t y

After the service, we provide a small morning tea spread and serve barista made coffee. Most people are talking and getting to know each other over coffee and food in our undercover area. We love inviting newcomers to have coffee after church so we can learn more about them! If you have children in kid's church, that is the time when you can go and collect them.

​P R A Y I N G

As a church, we love worshiping God through singing and praying. We will sing two songs at the beginning of a service, and one more at the end. Someone will also lead the church in prayer at a few different points in the service.

B i b l e   M e s s a g e

Each week, a section of the Bible is read aloud, and one of our pastors will give a message on the section that was read. Sermons are typically around 20-25 minutes long.

Kids@NewLife (preschool to Year 5) runs during both the morning services. Children accompany their parents into church, and stay for both songs at the beginning. Occasionally there is a short kid's talk. After this, the children go into the hall where they are looked after by our experienced, ChildSafe-accredited volunteers as they play games, sing, dance, do craft and learn from the Bible in small groups. If you would like to accompany your child to kid's church if it is their first time, you are most welcome. We recommend getting to church 10 minutes before the service begins to register your child for the program and meet the teachers.

Parent's room

We have a parent's room available for parents of children aged 0-3 years old. The sermon is streamed visually onto the tv with adjustable sound for you to listen and participate in the service while in the parent's room. You are welcome to stay in there with your child for the whole duration of the service, or use it for just the quieter times of the service, eg: during the sermon. We love children, and Jesus does too, so please do not worry if your children are making a bit of noise!
